There’s something magical about Christmas sessions—the twinkle lights, the cozy vibes, and the warmth of family. Helena, Greg, and Tim’s session at Millworks Creative Space was no exception.

This year, we kept things intimate and comfortable, setting up in the studio bedroom space, which felt just like home. Tim was all smiles, bundled up in his adorable holiday outfit, while Helena and Greg embraced the little moments—laughter, cuddles, and the joy of celebrating their first holiday season as a family of three.

I love working in Millworks Creative Space because it allows for so much natural light and relaxed storytelling. There’s no pressure to pose—just space to be yourselves.

A Family’s Story Through My Lens: Helena & Greg

Photography has this beautiful way of capturing time—freezing a moment so it can be revisited again and again. Helena and Greg’s journey is one I’ve had the honor of documenting over the years, from their first Christmas session at Millworks Creative Space in 2019 to the latest chapter with their little one, Tim.

When Helena was expecting, we celebrated with a maternity session at All Who Wander Flower Farm in Dundas, a dreamy setting filled with golden fields and the softest light. Then, last year, I had the joy of capturing their newborn session at home, where every frame was filled with warmth and love. And finally, this past December, they came full circle—back to Millworks for Christmas photos as a family of three.

It’s sessions like these that remind me why I do what I do. Watching a family grow, documenting the love between them—it’s more than photography, it’s storytelling.

The Art of Sound: Capturing Monika’s Vibrational Energy

There’s something truly magical about witnessing someone in their element, fully immersed in their craft. When Monika reached out to me, she wanted branding photos that could visually express something intangible—sound vibrations.
