Monika specializes in Nada Yoga at Soham Studio, blending sound and stillness into a practice that awakens the soul.

She also hosts sound baths, where vibrations wash over you in waves of relaxation, and leads Punk Rock Yoga—a high-energy, unconventional class that’s as bold as it sounds. It was important to reflect both sides of her practice in her branding photos.

When she reached out with the idea of photographing her while keeping her friend’s face unseen, I was immediately intrigued.
